Excellent service from BWS Security Systems Ltd. The engineer (Richard) was punctual, very polite and informative. He did a great job installing a new alarm box and 2 new sensors and also coped with a couple of unexpected issues. He took a lot of trouble to make sure we understood how to use the app and alarm controls. We feel confident about contacting BWS if there are any future issues. Thank you.
We had an intruder alarm installed last week and I cannot say enough good things about this company! We were given the most wonderful customer service from the first meeting with Matt, to the installation by Nick and all of the email interaction with Kate from start to finish. Matt explained everything perfectly and customized the set up to fit our home and our needs. Kate scheduled and re-scheduled appointments for us (I hope we weren't too difficult) and then Nick came to us to install it and whistled whilst he worked! Such a pleasant group of people! The alarm system gives us a great feeling of security and I highly recommend using BMS Security Systems for your alarm installation and monitoring!

I've been a customer of BWS for many years but have only previously had a very basic support contract. Two nights ago, our external alarm went off during a particularly cold night and could not be shut off, no doubt seriously disturbing the sleep of many other residents of our very quiet village. I contacted BWS yesterday morning and by mid-afternoon a technician had attended and fixed the fault. I am extremely grateful to BWS for its response and recommend the Company without reservation.
