We had a great service from Allsafe Fire and Security when they installed an intruder alarm in our home. Shaun advised us on which alarm would be best for us and which areas would require which type of sensor. Shaun was polite and friendly. He arrived on time, removed his shoes upon arrival and completed the installation smoothly. He kept the areas he was working in clean and tidy, and talked us through how to use the alarm before he left. We would certainly recommend Allsafe Fire and Security Ltd.
Shaun at Allsafe did a brilliant job and I would highly recommend him. He did a site survey and it was instantly clear that he had a deep knowledge of security systems. He removed my old system, replaced it with a new system and set up the mobile app. Nothing was too much trouble, he was professional, friendly and very good at his trade. Very good service all round.
Superb service. Our very old alarm bell fell apart on Monday afternoon leaving its interior exposed to the elements. So I rang Allsafe who gave me a very fair quote and were willing to fit a new one 9 am Wednesday. They arrived dead on time , removed the old bell and fitted a brand new siren. Perfect. It was very efficient and a very fair price too. I was impressed. Will certainly recommend them.
