The very 1st time I met Lauren, I was at my lowest ebb and in such a fix. The time spent with her felt like there was an instant understanding and connection on a deeper level. Which considering it was mid-blip was pretty spectacular given people were shying away from connections with others. It was such warmth and joy when I felt so bleak. I will forever be grateful for that and I feel safe in her care and know that she tunes in to my needs as a practitioner but as a person. Cannot recommend her enough????????????
