Absolutely amazing company! From the start with a very good quote from the owner to the delivery of our belongings, everything was smooth and perfect! Jay and Ben were so efficient in starting to fill their truck, we didn’t see time passing. Then, Connor and Charlie finished loading the next day, delivered and unload everything into our new house perfectly! They were amazing gentlemen with an excellent sense of humour! I highly recommend them!
Matt and his team were brilliant. Matt came to view our house to assess how much stuff we had and give us a quote at fairly late notice. The quote was competitive and Matt was very professional and made us relaxed about the move ahead. On the day of the move, the guys were brilliant. They took great care of our things ensuring everything arrived safely, but also we’re really friendly and nice which made the day an enjoyable one. Would definitely recommend!
We used Smartmove during the post Covid property rush. We had really struggled to get a removal company due to demand but Smartmove were happy to help and gave a really competitive quote.. We then had trouble with our chain, and Smartmove were really accommodating with the changes in move dates. They helped with packing and on the day before and the day of the move we felt like we made friends with the team, a really nice bunch who worked super hard to get us moved. Highly recommend!
Smart move were absolutely fantastic. We had a tricky case and our move date must have changed at least 7 times. Smart move were so understanding and made it very easy to switch dates every time, with no additional charges. We went with a full packing service and the team did a fantastic job. They were friendly and helpful and made a potentially stressful couple of days smooth and easy. I would not hesitate to recommend them!
Smartmove were absolutely amazing for our first big move! Definitely the best money we spent in the whole process and we cannot recommend them enough. It was super easy getting an initial quote online and then booking a video quote through their website. It was really quick to show them our stuff and they were spot on with their estimates for boxes. The price didn't change much between the online quote and talking the move through with Matthew which meant there were no surprises. We were super happy they were able to accommodate our move date with just over a week's notice as well since we were waiting on completion dates for a while. Throughout the process we had good communication through email and were given lots of info to help us prepare. We had to go and pick up boxes due to the short notice nature of our move and having enough time to pack but that wasn't a problem and the place was easy to find. On the day of our move, David and Harry arrived on time at 9am and were really friendly and cheerful, setting us at ease. Really appreciated they introduced themselves straight away too. We honestly could not believe how quickly they loaded everything up. They were so professional and helpful and the entire move was done by 2pm! Moving day was not stressful at all thanks to them and we had time to clean whilst they loaded/unloaded. Overall a fantastic service that we would definitely recommend!
