Over the past few years we've been a customer with Harvey Jones whilst we were completing our Chapel conversion. We approached Harvey Jones very early on in the project and they have been exceptionally patient during our building works. The kitchen was finally fitted in time for Christmas 2022 and we are exceptionally pleased with the quality of the work done and the functionality of the design features that were created for us, a bespoke gadgets cupboard and a bespoke corner pantry which included shelves made from old pews, to name but a few. We would like to thank Jess from the Bristol office in particular and our local fitter Dave and those staff who helped at the start of our Harvey Jones journey at the Milton Keynes office. We'd have no hesitation in recommending Harvey Jones to anyone looking for a new kitchen.
We spent lots of time on the design to make sure we got the best solution for us. Really worth the wait, great service from Jess Moult who was happy to spend time to ensure we made the best use of the small kitchen we have in our 15th century cottage. This is our second project delivered by Harvey Jones, went back to them as we were really happy with the standard of service and workmanship.
Harvey Jones (Clifton) have designed and supplied my kitchen. I have been very impressed by my designer (Jess Moult) and her colleagues: she has worked very hard and patiently to design a kitchen that really works for my family. She has been great with both the functionality of the space and the aesthetics. She has explored quite a number of options in detail and shows enthusiasm for ensuring that things are right and that I am happy. The company have also shown flexibility and patience. I have also felt very reassured by the company's pro-active approach to tackling potential issues when working "off plan". I feel that Jess and her colleagues are working with me to achieve a great kitchen. Harvey Jones is a "premium" kitchen brand and the customer service has definitely lived up to that. They have also not allowed the Covid situation to effect what they are offering: I have had a very good experience with their virtual design service and their site visits. I am updating this review following the completion of the kitchen. The installation team and the painter were all absolutely amazing. Their attention to detail and craftsmanship is very hard to beat. The whole process was very well reviewed and quality controlled by the Harvey Jones surveyor and (very) minor snags addressed very quickly. They really do insist on delivering a showroom quality kitchen. I could not be more pleased with the kitchen - as well as the process to get it. It is an incredibly practical space that suits our family, it is beautiful to look at and really good quality. I would have no hesitation in highly recommending the Clifton branch of Harvey Jones.
I am absolutely delighted with my Harvey Jones kitchen. From start to finish it has been a pleasure working with the Bristol team to design my dream kitchen! Jess Moult was an absolute pleasure to work with, so patient, friendly and always seemed genuinely interested in the project with nothing being too much trouble. The quality of the cabinetry etc is beautiful and I love the fact that it’s all made in this country by skilled carpenters. Would definitely recommend ???? Anna
We went with Harvey Jones for the kitchen of our new build house as we felt the kitchen designer Jess Moult really listened to what we wanted and helped us to achieve a practical and stylish kitchen. The company was also flexible and patient with our endless delays! Also very happy with the quality of the workmanship and of the cabinetry.
