It was an absolute pleasure working with James and his team to design and build a garden that we’re just blown away by. From start to finish they were outstanding. James really took the time to listen to everything we wanted and made really considered suggestions and design recommendations, to completely clear and rebuild the space. John and Craig were amazing at making the ideas a reality in what isn’t an easy space whilst being so considerate of our napping newborn. I can’t recommend the team enough. We used James and his team at 'The Gardeners' for the recent redesign of our front garden and cannot recommend them enough! James really understood the concept we were looking to achieve and nailed the design first time of asking which was very impressive. James took the time to explain everything, from the clearance of the existing garden, build process and planting scheme which would meet our brief. When it came to the build itself Jethro and Choups were amazing. Very professional, hardworking, friendly (taking the time to speak to not only us but our children as well) and unbelievably tidy. Even when a few issues crept up around the choice of plants (availability issues due to the pandemic) it was all communicated in a timely manner and James went out of his way to explain any alternatives and source them in a timely manner so the project was completed as expected. The plants are now coming to fruition and our garden is now delivering that all important curb appeal we were after, so thank you once again.
James and his team have done an exceptional job in transforming our harbourside Terrace, from original concept to finished product, together with lighting and automatic irrigation. Always turning up on time, all work completed to the highest standard and with minimum of disturbance, cleaning up after every visit. All staff were professional, polite and clearly enjoyed working together. The works were completed on time and within budget.
