Taxi arrived in 5 minutes ! Courtesy call to say they were near. Lovely chap driving. Taxi very smart, clean and smelled very nice. Going to definitely use them next time.

Strange taxi experience where when the driver called in to ask fare I was initially surprised as it was 2xuber fare. The driver then did not move taxi whilst arguing with central office for a further £5 to access airport. When central office then said it was included in the fare (which as noted was a good fare as roughly £20 more than an Uber!). The driver requested I pay a further £5 cash. When I declined he was perfectly pleasant but told me he would drop me outside the airport. It was walking distance but not not point!

Followed the link sent to me by them to pay and it said the payment would be processed when the journey was completed. The taxi driver parked at the destination and wouldn't end the journey letting the fare go up, with me asking him repeatedly to end the journey. I managed to pay over the phone (the issue was not with my card) and tried to explain the situation, saying the driver had still not ended the journey and the fare was still increasing and they did not respond. Feeling ripped off and very frustrated not to be listened to.

You ask, I answer: (As this feedback was written July 15th, 2022, some points may have been amended.) 1. Your drivers should be screened for speech expression. Their manner of speaking is indistinguishable over a poor connection. And their speech is at times slurred, with a heavy accent of their mother tongue. Have them undergo a speech test, if they fail, then have them follow a speech course for improved pronunciation. 2. Your drivers may well drive into the Invicta courtyard yet they all steer clear, even when instructed to do so and even given the PostCode!! Have they been told they'd be shot at?? They are professionals, their vehicles carry the warranted yellow plates of their profession. Why this fear? 3. V cars' new address roster does not allow the customer's free choice of address nor time. My address instructions come up as Canon'sWay (too far away) and Millennium Promenade (pedestrian walkway). No, I want to be collected in the courtyard of Invicta, accessed via Lime Kiln. So what's the difficulty to follow this? With heavy luggage or a stroller, this is essential. Also, to reserve a car at a specific time is impossible, say in 30 minutes, no way. Until all these items are corrected, I refuse to use V cars again, and will instruct others to avoid your company. Good day. Also, please remove the robots from your answering service. Humans who speak clearly & respond appropriately are the correct bridge between the customer & the company, as ambassadors. See to it, this will add value to your service, otherwise it's a waste of time. >>PS: A past debit of £5.95 due to your company July 19, 2022 at 17:54, Ref: 38726773A. For some reason was not paid out. I have tried now for an hour without success. Please advise, thank you.

Had an emergency in Bristol early morning, I booked via the app whilst travelling to Bristol by train and had a confirmation almost instantly. The driver was kind enough to call and advise where he would be outside the train station and he got to destination quickly and safely Highly recommend using the company
