Bought my first car from them almost a month ago, very pleased with it. Compared with other garages I wasn't pushed or rushed to buy, all my questions and requests were answered and dealt professionally.I was looking for a good first car for couple of months, had a lot of travelling around, went to Bristol to see few garages none of the had anything interesting for a low budget but Fishponds had the ideal first car for me.
Honestly haven't had an experience this good from a used car garage before. Absolutely zero pressure to buy and prices are fair to begin with and open to reasonable negotiation. Car was described honestly, (minor) warts and all so no nasty surprises on arrival. Turnaround from reservation to collection was lightning fast. Very friendly service. Hand-on-heart recommendation without hesitation.
