Friendly service, good value cars with warranty. We bought my son's first car from Colin and Ollie and they were very happy to have a couple of minor things put right before we completed the sale. Charlie loves his car and we're very happy with the purchase.

Avoid at all costs!! First of all it took me 3 days to reach the dealer, I thought this dealership was closed for good as nobody was answering the phone. Second: when I went to the site to see the car the dealer was leaving the place with their partner (I presume) in the same car I was about to buy and made me wait 20-30 minutes having an appointment with him, he was using the car I wanted to buy for their own purpose. So to clarify... is this a dealership or a private seller? Third: Car was scruffy, smelling bad, I know he said that the car would be cleaned but don’t you think this is unprofessional for a dealer to present the car in those conditions? Besides the negative points I decided I was going to buy the car, however he made me waist a week waiting for him to send the documents to the finance company... with all the documents signed and in order from my side and lender’s side, in the end and after a week I decided to give up and find another car. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!!! Avoid! Avoid! Avoid! Would give zero stars if I could!!

Avoid at all costs, really poor service. Had multiple problems with my car straight after I bought it, when taken back to this garage they bodged it rather than fixed it (my own garage was appalled by the job they'd done), I then had to use my own money to fix the car even though it was under warranty. They went on holiday while they were supposed to be fixing my car without letting me know so I had to miss work because I could not pick my car up. Their communication is shocking! When i got my car back it was covered in cigarette ash- shows their lack of respect. They obviously don't value their customers at all and only want your money.

Never used this company before, am always wary of the proverbial sales rep. These chaps were polar opposite, gave plenty of space to look around and drive any selected car without any pressure whatsoever. It is a small family company that clearly strives to provide good old fashioned customer service without the usual attempts to achieve sales targets. No sales pitch. No pressures. Reliable. Good aftersales service, whatever has been agreed / arranged is delivered without being nagged or reminded. It is a small company, choices are necessarily not as extensive as in larger garages. Sadly these larger garages all too frequently involve contact with those who have various targets to achieve; sometimes to the detriment of the customer. Not this garage. No pressure whatsoever. Cars for sale primarily appear to be dependant upon those being part exchanged for new cars bought elsewhere I would not hesitate to publish poor service but am delighted to report this superb small company. No hesitation whatsoever in recommending using this company to purchase a second hand car.

AVOID!!! Went up to have a look at a Volvo XC90 really liked it took it out for a test drive there was a noise coming from the engine, came back from the test drive said about the noise, was told it was the alternator. Was told the rest of the car was in great condition for age and that it had just been serviced. I agreed a price and said i would get the alternator fixed myself. So i drove off with my 10 month old daughter with me. Got it home a couple days later it went into limp mode so booked it into my local garage and they came back with a whole host of problems and said it should never had been sold like this. I then called the garage it was serviced at to see if they knew about the problem and they did and advised it should not be sold how it was. So i rang Colin Neagle motors and explained what had happened and they denied all knowledge that they knew that was wrong with the car. I took it back and did get a refund, they admitted they knew it needed a wheel bearing this was never mentioned to me at the time of buying the car. I think what sickens me the most is that they knew what was wrong and still let me drive away with my daughter in the car.
