Lovely little pet shop. Small and packed to the rafters with options. Harris is kept topped up with the pick and mix treats, big selection of raw and dry food available, house almost entirely filled with toys, and good quality and selection of harnesses and leads. Don't have a photo of the shop but here's a dog looking like he might recall for the treats.
I've been using The Mutty Professor for years, for food, treats, toys, harnesses, coats and training. The whole team is knowledgeable, friendly and welcoming. And, of course, always up to date with the latest scientific and behavioural info. I live across the other side of the city and yet often choose to travel to the shop rather than go local. You couldn't ask for better advice and service for your dog than you get here.
I visited here the other day with Flynn my Saluki and the staff are really lovely and very helpful and gave brilliant advice. Amazing selection of dog food, toys bedding etc and at reasonable prices. Would highly recommend.
The Mutty Professor shop has an excellent choice of chews. The staff are extremely friendly in helping you identify the right treats and food for your dog. I got some excellent advice when my dog had an upset stomach. We also attended puppy classes with Roz who was so friendly and approachable. She helped me build confidence with my puppy and I absolutely loved attending these classes. Can't recommend them enough, Roz and team are clearly dedicated to their work and care enormously for the dogs they train and are in contact with.
I did some research of potential puppy training options in Bristol and instantly saw how well recommended Roz and the team were. We had loads of great digital content provided before and during the sessions and felt confident in joining as new dog owners because of the guidance provided on where to start and even how best to prep our puppy for training. We have been so impressed by how quickly our puppy responded to the techniques taught and even managed to correct some behaviours we had accidentally instilled. The small class sizes mean there is also lots of opportunity for 1-to-1 feedback and Roz and Amanda were so knowledgeable about specific breeds and genetic traits.
