Caring Comes 1st gave my mum the best care at her end of life care. I re-employed them for my dad (Robert - Bob) after mum died. I can honestly state that I believe without CC1st I would have lost my dad as well. CC1st have been brilliant & taken care of my dad & given him a reason to live. The office staff & Carers are brilliant.

Horrendous management! Very rude and uncaring. Severe lack of customer service skills and empathy. Their carers constantly moan about them and in the last few months that I have been receiving care a few carers have left. Carers were very nice.

Rang this company after being let down over the years by other caring agencies (I have a 22yr old, severely disabled son) and have not looked back or elsewhere since. Consistent, reliable and professional staff with experience and confidence- my sons anxieties from previous experiences with other agencies have gone.

I started working at the day centre nearly a year ago now, it’s such a privilege being able to support and care for people in various stages of their dementia. We try and make every session different for them and tailor our sessions to meet individual needs, it’s so rewarding supporting someone to do an activity they no longer thought was possible for them, it’s also great fun thinking of new ideas to keep them entertained, I’m always seeking out different activities for them to do and take great pleasure in seeing them all enjoy their time at the day centre.
