Your Care has been supporting Mum for the last 2 years and have consistently provided first class, friendly and caring support. Their communication with both Mum and her family has been exemplary. The carers are well trained and are professional, friendly and supportive to a fault. We recently required a sitter for four hours for my 96 yr old mum who has dementia. Your Care arranged it all for us at very short notice as we had to attend hospital for day surgery. The sitter was such a hit with mum. Sadly dementia has taken a lot of mum's enthusiasm for life but she couldn't speak highly enough of this sitter describing her as interesting and intelligent. Mum had a lovely afternoon even spoke to me on the phone when I rang to check how things were. She hasn't used the phone for nearly a year. Our day was a lot less stressful due to Your Care providing as always a lovely carer to be with mum. Thank you Your Care, you did us proud
Your Care started to visit and take care of my Nan a few months back and she cannot rave about them enough. Every time I visit my Nan she has nothing but good words to say about the women who visit. She’s had careers before who haven’t quite met her needs, but that is not the case with Your Care. She never wants to use anyone other than Your Care again. They are considerate, caring, professional, friendly, punctual and most importantly for my Nan, great company. They do all that she asks without hesitating. Claire and the team are also really great and easy to talk to over the phone as well. Highly recommended.
Fantastic company to work for, not only do they treat myself and fellow colleagues with the utmost respect but are also super generous to their staff. They allow me flexibility with my current out of work commitments and are completely understanding and approachable. Claire, Tina and Kerry are all lovely family orientated people who have built a successful business in which they are completely passionate about. Not only do they care for their colleagues but most of all their customers. Just one example of this are the recent videos they share to help others in need free of charge. A very caring and professional company to work for. Tina, Kerry and Claire all work towards providing the best care for their clients as well as looking after their staff . They are friendly and approachable and I have been very happy working for them over the past 18mths. There is great emphasis on matching the carer with the client which doesn't always happen with other care companies. I would highly recommend working for them.
