I was welcomed by a warm smile on a rainy day. The service was great and the check-in was a smooth one. The room was very clean and neat. Bed was just right for a 6-2 guy. Comfortable bed and pillow which were crucial for some quality sleeps. The shower place might be a little bit small but I thought it was acceptable. Breakfast was good, and again the service was top notch. This is value for money and I will choose to stay here when I travel to Bristol next time.
I had read the reviews so had low expectations. Pros: Excellent value. Breakfast included. Parking available at good rate. Room was warm, clean and very comfy bed. Lovely staff. Cons: It is undoubtedly tired looking (but that is reflected in the price) A great value stay - well located for the attractions of Bristol.
Despite the rooms being pretty retro and some of them a bit too humid for me. The hotel in general is clean. The teas, coffee and hot chocolate plus biscuits in the room is always nice and handy ! The breakfast is very good too. Overall for a short stay and for the price is actually very reasonable ! very nice staff too !
