I was looking for a job in financial advice/para planning and Dan Butler got in touch with me and recommended me company that they closely work with at Capio. Fast forward a month later I got the job and I’m very happy in it! Dan was very good at arranging all the interviews and really spend a lot of time with me on interview prep as well as just checking if I needed anything or had any questions. I have always been reluctant to use recruitment agencies in the past, however I had a great experience with Mollie at Capio. She was excellent in helping me find my dream job. She was brilliant in helping me find appropriate jobs to apply for that would suit my circumstances and needs and she was very understanding with what I wanted and what I did not want and did not waste my time with jobs that would not be suited for me, she was especially considerate with my "must haves" e.g. a reasonable commute and progression.
