Zoe Hester was incredibly helpful during my search for a new role, and Lucy Fieldhouse was also very supportive when Zoe was away. Even though I did not accept the role I found with Element, I experienced excellent customer service and communication (and I've recently dealt with a fair few recruiters!). Zoe was prompt in responding to emails and calls, and Lucy was also quick to respond, even outside of working hours.
