    Very pleased with the excellent levels of customer care, value and professionalism at WW Kemp. I took my wedding and engagement rings into them for a re-sizing and re-plating; was quoted a price and a timeframe for them to be done in, both of which ended up being an overestimation as they charged £20 less than the quote, and had them ready in one week instead of the originally quoted two! This is in stark contrast with a high street jeweller who tripled the original quote figure they had given me after 'inspecting' the rings, and said they would take 8 weeks to come back! Very happy that I got a second opinion at WW Kemp, I can highly recommend.

    Popped in on the off-chance to see if they could fix my gold bracelet. Not only did they do it quickly & well, but it was affordable, too. Nice to be able to go to a local place where service matters because it's their business, and to feel cared for!

    A real gem of a place tucked away in Westbury on Trym. The staff led by Mr Kemp and Jacqui are outstanding. Professional and honest throughout my various trips to the shop. They provide a genuine customer focused experience at all times. Great pieces and competitive prices. I cannot recommend their service highly enough. Many thanks. A customer for life. James.

    Traditional jewellery shop. Got some repairs done, other shops not interested. Plenty of parking in local free car park. Access good, situated in small shopping precinct. Very friendly staff and very reasonable prices.

    Visited the store and purchased three sets of gold earrings and when I got home I noticed one of the earrings had a crack in the base with a slight hole. I went to the store on Monday with the goods and showed the earrings to the lady and said I wasn't happy with this I haven't even worn them and to spend almost 50.00 I definetly was not happy I asked for a refund but she wasnt happy to do this and said why should she as she checks and polished the earrings before they went to me I told her to check the camera as she did not polish them what so ever. Overall i felt like I as being judged and that I done the damaged myself which was never did they were sold to me faulty so I'm within my rights Wouldn't go back again yes but after I kicked up a fuss Ur staff member did not polish the earrings and did not thoroughly check the goods before putting them in the box Thankyou for the exchange but the whole situation made me out to be a liar and I'm not
