We made the decision to travel to Bristol and have a Consultation with Clifton Rocks. Anny greeted us with a warm smile and made me very relaxed about leaving my ring in her hands. She knew exactly what we wanted to achieve and had ideas for us that we hadn't thought about. She gave us options based on our budget and we felt completely at ease with her looking after us. We collected my ring today and we honestly couldn't be happier, Anny has an amazing skill and has turned my damaged and unwearable engagement ring into a thing of absolute beauty. I had planned a day in Clifton to visit several jewellers to help me in deciding on an engagement ring for my now fiancee. Clifton Rocks was my first stop, and after speaking with Clare and her talented team, I cancelled all my other viewings. They walked me through the entire process and helped us design and source the stones for the ring of my fiancee's dreams. I cannot recommend them highly enough and will be back for the wedding bands!
I could not recommend Chloe and the team at Clifton Rocks enough. I visited them as I was looking for a a bespoke wedding ring to fit around my engagement ring. Chloe instantly got a feel of what sort of thing I wanted, and shared my excitement and enthusiasm when drawing designs. The whole experience has been amazing from start to finish - seeing a CAD design of the ring, and trying a model with my engagement ring to ensure it fitted before being made in gold - the process was so thorough with lots of communication and chances to make changes (not that I needed to!) which was all very reassuring. There is also the option for some Canadian diamonds which are more ethical. The ring is absolutely beautiful, I am over the moon. I can’t wait to wear it!
Chloe and the team at Clifton Rocks have done a superb job of remodelling my old gold jewellery that had sentimental value, but was too old fashioned for me to wear. They took the time to understand what I wanted and checked in with me throughout the design process to check I was happy with the way the piece was shaping up. I'm absolutely thrilled with the end result - a beautify necklace and earrings set that I will wear all the time. Thank you for your hard work, craftsmanship and attention to detail. Clifton rocks offer an absolutely amazing service. With the help of the lovely staff at Clifton Rocks, my boyfriend chose the diamond he wanted to propose to me with on holiday in Canada back in 2019. When we got back and arrived in store, the team couldn't have been more friendly, patient and honest in helping us design a bespoke ring we loved and communicated with us at every step. I recently went back to design my wedding band around the engagement ring and 3 years later, the service remains impeccable! Would highly recommend!
