Great service and prices Over the last few years I've bought an engagement, wedding and most recently eternity ring here. The customer service has always been excellent, the staff are friendly, patient and helpful. the quality of the rings seem great and the prices very reasonable. Will be sure to return here in the future.
This is my local jewellers in the heart of Clifton Village. The staff are knowledgeable and the customer service is what you would expect from an independent jewellery store that cares about the products they sell. I have visited the store for purchases, strap adjustments and to service a couple of watches, each time I have walked away a satisfied customer. They also have an interesting range of watches from affordable to luxury which are always worth a browse.

The communication here is terrible! This has been the case both times i have dealt with them but gave them the benefit of the doubt first time. Firstly, they were supposed to send off my engagement ring for a new band to be made. After sitting in the shop for a week someone rang me to ask what they were supposed to be doing with it! I was told it would be back in 4 weeks. I chased after 5 weeks and they hadn't made any kind of note to remind them it was due back so eventually i got it back another week later. I good job was done on the ring (hence 2 stars) so i overlooked the terrible communication. We decided to use them last month for our wedding rings. They requested some samples from their supplier which they said would be in the following week. 3 weeks later i rang to find out what was going on. Of course they hadn't thought to chase the suppliers. They said they would chase it up and get back to me. That was 2 weeks ago...i have given up and gone to Dragon Workshop where i have received an amazing prompt service. CVJ made what should be a fun exciting part of my wedding planning into a headache.
