50p link put on a chain and 20 minutes after wearing it the link opened and the necklace split apart, cost £10 for the link but originally they wanted £60 to send it off for fixing (its just a ring) Total cowboys and they sell cheap jewelry for a reason.

I am very pleased to say that their cleaning and repair service is spot on! My engagement ring was scratched and dirt built up around the stone. They removed the stone, cleaned it and polished it and returned it to me looking like new! I will use this service again and fully recommend if you have jewellery needing a cleaning and polishing. Honestly prefer the collection and designs to more expensive brands or even independent sellers. Almost every staff member I have interacted with has been very helpful, and especially Kenzie who made a difficult purchase painless by explaining everything in detail, being extremely patient and helping to order it in to a tight deadline.
Liked the place and the staff were friendly. My only gripe is thats its typical high street shopping, you ask for anything slightly unusual and you get a strange reaction. I wanted a new ring for my Prince Albert but no, too off the wall for H samual. Oh well, least there's the Internet.
