Great service! After a real nightmare with our lawyers, the Fishponds branch of Taylors were the one shining light. 2 members of their team really stood out; Xenia and then a massive special mention to Katie (manager). They took our concerns and obstacles to heart, the term "Proactive" springs to mind which may not sound like a big deal but believe me when buying a house this is what you want, estate agents that jump on problems that may not have even occurred yet instead of just reacting to them when they occur. Also actually calling people when you say you will goes along way. Don't intend on buying another house any time soon but when the time comes, this is who I will be calling if you see a repeat of this review it is because I left it on the wrong branch last time
