Very unprofessional. Booked this company to clean our flat on the last day of our tenancy and only found out the next day that they didn’t even turn up at all. Apparently the cleaners had ticked off that they had cleaned our flat but obviously lied to their boss. Ended up having to pay more to get a last minute alternative. Terrible communication and professionalism, wouldn’t trust this service again. Appreciate the full refund although it was the bare minimum they could have done.
Avoid this company at all costs! Anna was so pleasant and assuring when I booked that they would do a really good job - referred me to the photos on the website etc - but in reality, they tried charging nearly £500 for an end of tenancy clean, turned up for under 3 hours and left the place in the state of the attached photos . I made a complaint the same day, to be met with them trying to charge further (!) and accusing a man who was fitting a dog flap of causing the mess?? - at the same time they then offer to come back to get the bits they "missed" - I sent over 30+ photos and explained I do not want them back in my house as I don't trust them due to the response I had received when making the complaint and the terrible job they did the first time - and instead I would like a refund - they have refused a refund and have kept the 75% deposit they charge upfront....please don't be ripped off!!
Absolutely amazing cleaning service - Clean House Bristol. I moved into a house that looked like it hadn't been cleaned in years, and they got it looking and smelling fresh! Highly recommended and would use their services again! The carpet cleaning is also worth the extra money!
I have been extremely impressed by the standard of cleaning and professionalism of the team. I rarely write reviews, however this company went the extra mile. I had been very concerned about hitting deadlines with regards to getting the property ready. (and it really did need a 'deep' clean). Anna assured me that the job would be done in time and it was. They were brisk, efficient and paid attention to detail. I will certainly use Clean House in the future.
