Came here for a Brazilian wax, unfortunately quite a few patches were missed. However I haven’t had any issue with ingrown hairs and the customer service was nice and friendly, so there were plenty of positives. Just a shame that a little more care wasn’t taken to ensure the waxing had been done thoroughly
I never thought I’d look forward to a wax ???? I see Natalie monthly to tame my fuzz and for a catch up. She is just amazing & so friendly. I can’t recommend A Touch of Beauty enough.
Like this place. Great service. Always friendly and professional. However they have a strict 24 hour cancellation/modification policy that they enforce and didn’t appreciate that last week I tried contacting the salon for 3 days to change a booking (via phone, email, instagram) and eventually just gave up. The policy only applies when it suits them… unprofessional
It was the first time Laura had done my nails at Touch of Beauty. I was not disappointed. She is so thorough and did such a great job. What a lovely lady too. Time just flew as we set the World to rights! I’d highly recommend this place. I will definitely be back. Thanks again Laura! X
Excellent service, started straight away, and she was very chatty and friendly. Very professional as well, she knew what she was doing and took pictures of my hands which made me feel very special. Anyone looking to get their nails done at the good price, and quickly but properly, go here!
